This nourishing blend acts as a woman’s health tonic to bring some balance to menstrual cycles and relieve unwanted symptoms or painful periods, amenorrhoea, irregular periods, cramps and PMS symptoms.

- Don Quai, Shatavari, Chaste-berry, Lady’s Mantle and Rose Petals
- Rain Water & 99% Laboratory Grade Ethanol
Don quai: Known as lady’s ginseng, it has traditionally been used in Chinese medicine to fortify and bring blood flow to the womb. A uterine tonic it aids in balancing hormones and promoting healthy and regular ovulation.
Shatavari: An ayurvedic woman’s herb which aids in balancing levels of oestrogen. It boosts and promotes fertility and further acts as a uterine tonic medicine, promoting the health of the entire reproductive and endocrine system. It has adaptogenic action in the body which also allows for the body to better handle any stress which could upset the regulation of the menstrual cycle.
Chaste-berry: A progesterone balancing medicine, chaste-berry or Vitex is best known to aid in balancing out hormones, increase libido, and decrease PMS symptoms such as water retention, moodiness, acne, cramping and even headaches.
Lady’s Mantle: Great for regulating menstruation, it is both astringent and anti-inflammatory. It strengthens the uterus, balances hormones and reduces symptoms which are associated with imbalanced hormones.
Rose petals: Soothes menstrual cramps, reduces levels of anxiety, improves digestion, high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and high in vitamin C, Rose petals act as a tonic in this blend allowing for the hormonal body to strengthen and therefore be less likely to be affected to the imbalances we may face in life which could cause unwanted stress for the endocrine system.
Dosage:
10 drops 1-3 x daily or as needed

returns and refunds
we have a 7 day return policy, which means you can return items within 7 days of receiving your item(s). in order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) need to be in their original and unopened packaging. you will also need proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt).
for hygiene reasons, we are not able to return the following items: period products (reusable and once use).
types of returns:
- change of mind: if you have changed your mind about an order and this is the reason for your return, we will refund you minus the courier fees when the item(s) are back in our warehouse. we will also need to confirm that the item(s) you have returned has not been damaged and is in saleable condition. please send us an email with your order number and details so we can assess if its eligible for a refund.
- quality issue / faulty on arrival: if you are returning an item(s) because it was not what you ordered or it arrived faulty, please send us an email with pictures of your item(s), your order number and details as soon as possible and we will work to get it resolved as soon as we can.
