It has been used in the treatment of pain, with particularly high success in treating lower back pain and osteoarthritis, headaches and inflammatory conditions such as tendinitis.

Cramp Bark: As its name suggests, cramp bark has best been used in the treatment of any and all cramps – including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, pregnancy cramps, muscle inflammation and even organ tissue cramping such as in the kidneys. Feverfew: Sometimes called ‘medieval aspirin’, feverfew is used to aid in relieving migraines and headaches. It is a great anti-inflammatory which can therefore aid in treating pain.
